OctoSuite takes the guesswork out of social media marketing
If you own a fan page or a business page on social media giants such as Facebook, you may be able to understand the difficulty of amassing fans and driving quality traffic to your sales pages.
While you may be able to get people to like your page through paid ads (a.k.a sponsored content) on Facebook, they will cost you a lot of money in the long run.
That is when we turn our attention to viral content, which is the kind of content you tend to see your Facebook friends share all over the place and appear on your newsfeed over and over again.
We want our content to get the same engagement, which will then motivate users to click to our fan pages and ultimately, our sales pages.
But how do we create viral content? It can be a very hit-and-miss experience even for seasoned social media marketers. So why don’t we take the guesswork out of the equation?
We don’t want to reinvent the wheel every time when it comes to posting viral content. We want to find what has already gone viral and trending on social media network, and re-target them to our intended audience and customer base.
This is the whole premise behind the OctoSuite software – to find viral content on social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Reddit and post/schedule them as your own to drive organic traffic to your own pages.

To put it simply, if you have considered using social media platforms to drive traffic and sales to your products or affiliate products, OctoSuite will be a good tool to add to your arsenal.
While it’s a bit far-fetched to say that it’s the ONLY Facebook tool that automate the tedious tasks of social media marketing, it is actually one of the best tools out there that I’ve personally used.
When purchasing tools like this, the most important consideration comes down to price-to-performance ratio – and OctoSuite delivers one of the best performances at the lowest possible price.
Some other popular tools like Sprout Social charges more than $100/month on a recurring basis for similar functionalities, while you can get the core software of OctoSuite for as low as $47 one-time with discount link.
I personally use OctoSuite to find trending content for my niches and drive traffic to my Amazon niche sites. I also collect email address from these visitors to build a list for future re-targeting. It all depends on how you want to utilize the traffic that OctoSuite drives to your pages.
So far, OctoSuite has paid for itself several times over and that is why I’m writing an objective review to help you decide how to use it best.
How to Use OctoSuite Effectively?
The following workflow is what how I use for my niche sites, but it should work for pretty much anyone as long as you are looking for viral content on social media platforms and leveraging on them.
1. Finding Viral Content For Your Niche
Reverse engineer from your strongest competitors
If you want to be a millionaire, you should find a millionaire and find out exactly what made him a millionaire. It’s always easier to find an already successful example and find out what’s working for them.
So this is where we are going to start with.
Find out what’s working for your competitor
Enter the keyword for your niche in OctoSuite Facebook Page Finder and find the top 5 pages with the most fans and likes.
For example, if you are promoting tennis accessories, use “tennis” as your keyword and look for the top performing fan pages. You can also drill down to narrower keywords such as “tennis racquets” to see what’s the top pages.
Once you find these pages, sort their posts within OctoSuite according to “most viral” or “most likes” to view their top performing posts.
Do the same for other social media networks such Twitter, Reddit and Youtube (you can do market research for all these platforms within OctoSuite software).
Keep in mind that you can only view trending content in Twitter according to location. So if you are promoting Amazon US products using Twitter, limit your Twitter location to United States and view what’s trending in your niche.
2. Find and Join Multiple Relevant Groups
Relevant Facebook groups are the best place to find target audience
Now that you have found relevant and viral content from step 1, it’s time to find highly engaging audience that will respond to this sort of content.
Of course, you can’t expect to blast these viral content to any group and expect good engagement. Your best bet is to find and join relevant Facebook groups, and luckily OctoSuite has that covered.
Join at least 5 to 10 popular niche groups
Go to Facebook Group Finder within your OctoSuite software and type in your keyword. This can be broad keywords like “fitness” or “tennis”, or they can be more targeted keywords like “dumbbells” or “tennis racquets”.
Find multiple relevant groups and join them
For example, you can’t post tennis-related viral content to irrelevant groups like coffee-lovers and expect traffic to pour in. You want to be as targeted as possible, but still have a decent amount of target audience in these groups.
I usually only join groups with at least 1,000 members, and there is no limit to how many groups you can join.
Now you are ready to post the viral content you have found to these groups, but be careful not to spam them and get blacklisted. You want to post naturally, just like how to true fan would share interesting content every now and then.
This is where the next functionality of OctoSuite comes into play – the ability to mass schedule and post to multiple groups.
3. Schedule and Mass Post to Relevant Groups
Schedule your posts to free up your time
Ideally, by now you should have a bunch of viral posts that have worked for your competitors (30 to 50 posts) and became a member of multiple relevant Facebook groups.
You want to post these content periodically and naturally, or you may be reported as being spammy and blacklisted from these groups.
I like to post once every 2 days, but you can find a frequency that you are comfortable with.
Automate posting to multiple fan pages for next few months
With 30 viral posts and a posting frequency of a post every 2 days, I can usually automate content posting for the next 2 months and focus on other tasks while OctoSuite drives traffic to my page steadily.
Choose the interval between each post you make
Using the bulk scheduler within OctoSuite, choose the time interval in which you want each successive post to be posted (in hours) onto these fan groups that you have joined.
Again, I usually schedule my posts every 48 hours to appear natural and prevent reports from other users. You definitely don’t want to deliver more than 3 posts in a single day.
Remember to include a link to your own Facebook business page, website or sales landing page so users can visit your page directly.
Once you are done with the steps, you can forget about it for the next few months and these viral posts will still generate free referral traffic for you.

OctoSuite Syndicate Bundle Review (Upsell 1)
This add-on lets you link to your Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest accounts
OctoSuite is primarily a market research tool for viral content and a post scheduling software for Facebook, but this add-on extends its functionality to a few other giant platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
The OctoSuite syndicate bundle lets you link up to 5 accounts in any of these platforms, and your scheduled viral content will be posted onto these accounts as well.
But before you buy it, consider your personal marketing strategy. Are you targeting audience outside of Facebook? Do you have a Twitter fan page? Or perhaps a LinkedIn and Pinterest business page?
If your answered NO for all of the questions above, chances are you don’t need the OctoSuite syndicate bundle.

The VIP Training is a must-get upgrade
If you have used Luke Maguire’s products such as Instamate, you would know how much value he packs in his training videos.
While you may follow the method I’ve outlined above to use OctoSuite to some success, Luke reveals a lot more strategies and creative ways to use the software to its full potential.
The training videos are highly informative and value-packed, there’s no reason not to get this if you have have decided to buy the core OctoSuite software.
The lessons included are as follow:

- How to grow a fan page from zero fans to a viral fan page (for beginners and intermediate users)

OctoSuite Affiliate Link Cloaker & Image Editor Combo (Upsell 3)
Link cloaker allows you to post affiliate links onto social networks
If you are an affiliate marketer, chances are you know as much about affiliate links as I do. It’s basically a unique link to a product with your affiliate identifiers, and if you make a sale through the link you get a commission.
Naturally, many social media giants including Facebook and Twitter do not allow you to post these links in order to maintain the integrity of their platforms.
If you already have another affiliate link cloaker tool such as the one embedded in Instamate, you can use it to cloak affiliate used in your viral content.
Alternatively you can use free tools such as Google URL Shortener to get around the limitation of social media networks on affiliate links.
However, one major drawback is that you cannot collect statistics on links shortened with free tools (which means you have no way of knowing which affiliate offers are really converting for you).
Despite all that, the real value of this add-on actually lies in the Image Editor, which is the same as the versatile editor found in Instamate upgrade.
So again, if you already have the image editor that comes with Instamate, this tool offers exactly the same functionalities.
OctoSuite Image Editor is important to increase user engagement
The image editor included in this bundle is powerful when it is used together with the royalty free images from Pixabay (images are included in the OctoSuite core software purchase).
As you may have already realized, the click-through-rate for viral posts on social media networks depends on 2 major factors – a clickbait title and a highly attractive image.
Keep in mind that social media networks are predominantly visual platforms, and good images can increase user engagement dramatically. With the editor, you can apply different filters and add branding onto the image that accompanies your post.
Verdict: This is one of the most useful upgrades you can get for OctoSuite, so make sure you use it to its full potential.

This upgrade is the most expensive out of all, costing nearly $200, but let’s just say that it is directed towards a very specific group of buyers.
With the PLR rights 10 accounts, you are getting white-labeled OctoSuite accounts that you can sell off as your own software, with your own branding.
This is a good deal if you plan to sell the software to local businesses for a one-time fee, or if you want to set up a social media account management service as a freelancer and charge a monthly subscription fees.
All the functionalities and features of these white-labeled OctoSuite accounts are the same as the original software (except that they have no OctoSuite branding).
Of course, if you are buying OctoSuite for your personal campaigns, you do not need this upgrade at all.
Verdict: Only get this if you want to offer social media account management service to other businesses, or if you want to re-brand OctoSuite and sell it as your own software.
If you buy OctoSuite only for your personal use, definitely skip this upgrade.
Verdict: OctoSuite is Crucial for Viral Content Marketing, But Choose Your Upgrades Wisely
