Stark Trading System Review

Stark Trading System is a scam

Stark Trading System sales page is full of typical red flags that often find their ways into internet scams. Let’s go through some of the red flags you should take note of, and we’ll reveal an indisputable proof to show that Stark Trading System is a scam at the later part of this review.

Once you enter the sales page, you can find a highly exaggerated headline above the sales video – that you can make $8,000 in the next 24 hours, and there are only 50 spots available. This marketing trick can be seen in many other online scams, such as Simple Profits scam and Secret Millionaires Club scam.

The headline serves 2 purposes – firstly the prospect of making $8,000 a day on autopilot keeps your attention and makes sure you watch through the sales video, and the limited availability (which is not true) creates a sense of urgency and forces you to take action.

Once you focus on the sales video, this is where Richard Paul, the alleged spokesperson for Stark Trading System scam begins his brainwash session. Note how he started the sales video by showing off huge amount of money in bank accounts, images of sports car, luxurious residence, and dreamy vacations.

He’s trying to feed your imaginations and to get you excited at the thought of becoming ultra-rich. He makes you lower your skepticism and become susceptible to his following sales pitches. This is a common marketing tactic used in many binary trading software scams.

Fake promises by Stark Trading System scam

Within the sales materials of Stark Trading System scam, Richard repeatedly promised us that there’s no risk in using the trading software, and that we are guaranteed to make at least $8,000 a day on average.

Richard promises that once you become one of their 50 members, you are guaranteed to become a millionaire. You don’t have to do anything, you just have to let their Stark Trading System run on autopilot and money will come pouring in.

We’ve found a conclusive evidence to prove that Richard Paul is making empty promises, and we’ll discuss it in detail following the next segment.

How Binary Trading Works

Since this is a binary software scam, I want to talk about how binary trading works to make sure everyone is on the same page. If you have experience trading binary options, you may skip to the next segment.

Binary trading is gaining popularity in recent years due to its simplicity. Compared to traditional investments such as the stock market, where you need to analyze charts and financial news, you only need to choose “Yes” or “No” in binary options.

You trade by guessing if the price of an asset will rise or fall after a short period of time, usually between 30 seconds to minutes.

Here’s how it works – let’s say I predict that the price of silver market (or any other tradable markets) will rise after 60 seconds, and I bet $50 on a 1-minute contract. When the time is up, and the price is indeed higher, I win a certain percentage of what I bet, usually between 60% to 80% (between $30 to $40). But if I’m wrong, I lose the entire $50 that I bet.

In practice, trading binary options is no different from gambling. There’s no  way to predict market movements in such a short period of time, and it’s impossible to get it right consistently. Can you guess the outcome of a coin toss with confidence? The odds is almost at 50-50. The same goes to trading binary options.

Even if you manage to achieve a 50% win rate, you’ll still lose money due to the uneven winning vs losing payout of binary options. This is why the majority of binary options traders lose money, and why Forbes warned us against gambling with binary options.

We do not recommend binary options if you want to generate serious income from the internet. It’s one of the worst possible ways to make money online. There are simply better alternatives out there that are much more promising than trying to gamble your way to wealth.

What Stark Trading System Doesn’t Want you to Know

Stark Trading System scam has some dark secrets hidden in their disclaimer

Despite promising you guaranteed profits with their fully automated software, the scammers behind Stark Trading System scam are saying otherwise in their disclaimer.

To verify the authenticity of what is quoted here, you can find the document at the bottom of their sales page at starktradingsystem.co, under “disclaimer”.

If you can’t read the text in the image, you can click to enlarge it. Let me spell out some of the critical terms in the disclaimer:

  1. Due to the high risk nature of trading, “Stark Trading System” explicitly does not make any express or implied warranties or guarantees that user will make any profit or that user will not lose any or all deposited investment funds.
  2. Trading in binary options is very speculative and highly risky and… only for those investors who… are financially able to assume the loss of their entire investment.
  3. Only for those investors who… have the knowledge to understand binary options trading and the underlying assets and markets.

From the disclaimer, we can understand a number of truths about Stark Trading System scam:

  1. Despite promising you a guaranteed $8,000 daily profits in the sales materials, Stark Trading System scam admits that they do not guarantee any profit to user, and it is very likely that users will lose all deposited funds.
  2. Again, Stark Trading System scam agrees that trading binary options is extremely risky, and you should only use their software if you are able to stomach the loss of your entire investments.
  3. Despite promoting the software as fully automated and newbie friendly, somehow Stark Trading System is only suitable for investors who have the knowledge to understand binary trading and its underlying assets.

It is obvious that the scammers behind Stark Trading System scam are trying to escape the blatant lies and promises they have told you in the sales materials.

This disclaimer is not here to keep you informed as a consumer, but to protect the scammers from legal actions when you lose all your trading capital with the scam.

If Stark Trading System scam wanted to be upfront about the risks of trading binary options using their software, they would’ve told you in the sales materials.

Never once did the scammers mention about trading risks and possibility of losing all your investments in their sales materials.

How Stark Trading System Makes Money Off You

If you decide to sign up for Stark Trading System, you’ll have to register for a broker account through their sales page (which is an affiliate link). The scammers will earn a sum of referral fees as soon as you deposit into the account.

binarytilt

I was assigned to BinaryTILT, an affiliated broker with Stark Trading System. The minimum deposit with this broker is $250.

You may be assigned to different brokers depending on your country and location. However, the standard minimum deposit for most brokers is $250.

Even if you already have an account with their recommended broker, you have to register for a new one using a different email address. This is because the scammers behind Stark Trading System cannot earn their referral fees unless you sign up for a trading account through their affiliate link.

And what happens when you finally deposit the money and lose all of it using their automated software? You are left on your own and you cannot take any legal actions against the scammers, because it is already stated in the disclaimer that they do not make any guarantee of profits to you.

Is Stark Trading System a Scam?

YES, STARK TRADING SYSTEM IS A SCAM. As we’ve said in the review earlier, we don’t recommend binary options trading as a way to make money online, at all. It’s not that different from gambling, and using an automated trading software is no different. You are essentially putting your hopes and entire investment in a piece of software that gambles on your behalf.

You are more likely to end up losing all your money than making any significant profit. If you have some cash to spare for entertainment, you may go ahead and try it out. But you’ll be better off spending it on a nice dinner with your loved ones.

If you are determined to make money online, you must use a legitimate program that will provide you proper trainings and help you build your own business. We have tried out many programs, and there is only one program we recommend to our readers:
