Gerald Reed strikes again with a second scam

At the beginning of 2016, an infamous scam called the Centument LTD Software was introduced to many internet users, scamming away the hard-earned money of many inexperienced traders.

During that time, we have reviewed the scam in details following the request of our readers who lost money to it.

9 months later, the alleged owner of the original scam, Gerald Reed strikes again with a second version of the scam, called The Centument Project 2.0.

In this second version, Gerald claims he had to update the software because some brokers came together to work against his original software.

We advise that you stay vigilant and don’t be deceived. The original scam has been very successful at scamming away huge sums of money from thousands of victims, and now the scammers want to get into your wallet again.

Centument Project 2.0 Scam Has Never Appeared in the Press

The Centument Project 2.0 claims to have been featured in the press

Using the same tactic from the original scam, The Centument Project 2.0 pretends to have been featured in multiple prominent presses such as Bloomberg, CNNMoney, Forbes and TIME.

Fortunately, most of these websites provide a search function to look for keywords inside their directories.

A simple research into their directories revealed that none of these websites have mentioned “Centument” before.

Centument has never been mentioned in any of these financial websites

Similar to the original scam, these fake quotes from reputable financial websites are meant to provide a confidence boost for the victims of Centument Project 2.0.

The scammers know very well that most victims wouldn’t check against these website directories before signing up.

If you come across similar quotes in the future, be sure to check against the sources to authenticate their claims.

Fake Member Testimonials Used to Promote the Scam

The member testimonials shown cannot be trusted

The Centument Project 2.0 has included several member testimonials complete with their profiles pictures, countries and the profits they have achieved with the software.

Since the only lead we have is the profile pictures, we performed a background check of these members using their pictures.

Here’s what we found.

These member pictures are actually just stock photos

Apparently, stock photos were used to portray the non-existent members of The Centument Project 2.0 scam.

All these stock photos can be bought by anyone online for a small price. Once you pay for it, you can use it in advertisements anyway you like without consequences.

In this case, the scammers behind Centument bought the photos and fabricated fake identities for them. Of course, the profits shown below these fakes profiles can’t be trusted, too.

So, Why Are People Still Recommending Centument Project 2.0 Scam?

I am aware that there are multiple reviews out there that give a very high rating for the scam, claiming that it works as advertised.

Now, this may not be the first review you’ve read about The Centument Project 2.0, and you wonder why there are so many positive reviews out there if this product is a blatant scam.

The truth is, Centument is paying $250 commissions to anyone who refers a victim who deposits money into the trading account. This is their way to reward affiliates who help them get victims.

Sadly, in some cases, the reviewers are swayed by the commissions and choose to endorse scams. As an internet marketer, it’s inevitable that I endorse products as well, but I choose to recommend only products that genuinely help people.

I could’ve written a raving review for Centument scam and encouraged my readers to sign up, and I’ll earn a nice $250 commission once they deposit into their trading accounts. In fact, it’s a lot easier to write than to look for evidences and expose this scam.

However, I’ve been a victim of binary software scam before and I don’t want my readers to end up the same. If you really want to make money online, I’ll only recommend a legitimate business opportunity that I personally benefit from.

It’s not a click-and-get-rich software, because such thing simply doesn’t exist. You need to put in time and effort to make money online.

How to Make Real Money Online?

THE CENTUMENT PROJECT 2.0 IS A SCAM. We strongly advise you to stay away from the scam if you don’t want to lose your hard-earned money.

You’ll need to deposit $250 to use the software for trading purpose, and your money will be lost in quick successions. This is how they make money off you.

You are better off spending that $250 deposit for a nice dinner with your family than wasting it on a scam like this.

If you want to make money online, there are much better alternatives than trying your luck with binary options:
